One client brief.
Every opportunity.
Your client needs one office. Keep the search connected across the operators you work with.
One search across
your operators.
Give each operator a useful client brief: location, desk needs, monthly budget and VAT basis, move date, term, essentials and current workspace or notice position. Record who you spoke with and when, then answer the operator’s additional questions.
The operator can accept, ask for more information, suggest another space or decline with a reason. You can see the outcome on the shared opportunity. Qualification review is separate from agency approval and commission terms.
Free agency registration, qualification briefs and operator review are available for shared opportunities. Live stock connections and the full multi-operator search are in development.
Each operator sees its own opportunity. Competing proposals and conversations remain separate.
Know what
happens next.
Record the client’s position, next action and response date. Before a viewing, confirm the attendee’s name, email, requested time and attendance. The appointment becomes confirmed when the operator approves it; changing the details requires confirmation again.
Planned reminders prompt for viewing feedback and proposal updates, or help you reconnect with relevant space after a quiet period. Notification preferences and frequency limits keep follow-ups useful. Commission tracking is planned alongside the deal workflow.
Shared updates, qualification review and two-sided viewing confirmation are available. Automated reminders, calendar coordination and commission tracking are not connected yet.
Open the follow-up tracker ↗Closed and paused opportunities stop appearing as overdue. Automated emails are not sent by the current tracker.
Hear about
space sooner.
When an operator confirms a departure and approves the release date, get an alert for space matching your locations, team sizes or saved client searches.
Move from that alert to reviewing the suite, introducing a client or requesting a viewing. If the ready date changes, agents following the space are kept informed.
Future-availability alerts are planned. Dates need operator confirmation, including turnaround time; a contract expiry alone does not make a suite available.
